At this hour of the night never thought will bump into something like this ...

Notion Ink, a Hyderabad-based company, has developed the first touch screen TabletPC named ADAM, which uses Google's Android Open Source Operating system. Thetablet PC was developed by six IITians and an MBA. It will be displayed at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show in January 2010 and is marked with a price tag of $325. TheADAM is expected to be launched by the company in June 2010. Notion Ink was floated in February 2009 and has made a big buzz in technology. The new tablet PC has a 10.1-inch touch screen. It is power-driven by Nvidia’s Tegra processor chip and offers features likeBluetooth, a 3-megapixel digital camera with auto focus, video recording and 32GB data storage. The PC has 48 hours of standby, eight hours of high-definition video and 16 hours of Wi-Fi Internet surfing usage time. Notion Ink developed this tablet PC in collaboration with Bangalore-based National Institute of Design (NID).
